The staff is incredible! They always go above and beyond to make sure our puppy is taken care of and our house is looked after when we go out of town! We couldn’t be happier with the services they’ve provided and the help they’ve given. After every visit we get a detailed summary of how our puppy did as well as an abundance of photos + videos! They’ve brought in our mail, taken out the trash, and made sure our home is just as we left it. Our puppy is only 10 months old and we’ve used RCO a handful of times now for weekend trips and family vacations. They’ve not only given our puppy so much love (and patience) but they’ve really given us peace of mind knowing he’s in great hands! We certainly plan to keep using RCO!!!

I’ve been using RCO Pet Care for over a year now and I honestly don’t know how I managed without them before and wish I had started with them sooner. The RCO team has been so wonderful in caring for all 3 of my dogs either through weekday walks while I’m at work or by caring for them while I’m away. My pups absolutely love them (and I have a dog that doesn’t usually warm up to anybody!) and they look forward to their weekly visits and walks. My dogs will sit at the stairs and wait with wagging tails on the days they know someone from RCO is coming. It gives me peace of mind while I’m at work or away on a trip to know someone is there treating them with the same level of care as I would. I’ve also gotten some great advice and help with working with one of my dogs challenging behaviors while walking her on a leash. The scheduling is also very easy to use online and nothing beats the cute little progress reports and photos after each visit.

My husband and I were taking our first long trip since getting our one-year-old cat, Emerson. We were both nervous about leaving him for two weeks since I work from home and he’s used to having someone around all the time. Nicole and Kenzie from RCO put us at ease from the moment we did our initial meet-and-greet. They bonded with Emerson immediately and we knew we had nothing to worry about! While we were on our trip, they sent detailed notes with photos and videos for each visit. We loved getting our twice daily update on Emerson! I’ve been using RCO for almost 2 years. I was looking for a trusted reliable place to walk my dog 2x a week and I’ve found that and more with RCO.
My dog loves every walker that comes over. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting a few as well.
They come for their scheduled visit and at the end you get a summary of the visit along with pictures. These reports are very detailed and I love it. Their communication skills are also excellent. They really work with you to make sure your pet gets care. I trust them with my dog and I can’t imagine using anyone else

I wish I could give 100 stars!! RCO is amazing! The care they give my dog is by far more than I could ever imagine!! To know I don’t have to worry about her while at work bc I already know she’s having the best walk ever! Kenzie is Oakley’s best friend and you cat tell her any different!!

My absolute favorite is the report card as I call them and the pics I get daily! At work we all crowd around my phone after walk time so we can see how Oakley’s day was!!

Our family cannot recommend RCO Pet Care enough! From the very beginning they were quick to schedule a meet and greet and were accommodating to our scheduling needs. Working full time we rely on this service to relieve our dog during the middle of the work day. They are reliable and prompt, I can always count on them to show up during our anticipated window. Communication is never an issue, someone is always available to respond in a timely manner using the app. We also love that after each visit we get a detailed summary and photos, our little guy is definitely spoiled by his dog walkers. Our dog also recently underwent surgery and there was a stretch of time that he was needing to be given medication and have his bandages reapplied. RCO Pet Care went above and beyond to make sure that our little guy was well taken care of when we couldn’t be there during the middle of the day. We’ve been using RCO since we welcomed our first dog into the family in 2022 and they have been the BEST since then! All of the members of the pet care team that we’ve had over the years for walks, training, etc., especially our favorite, Jessie, are friendly, responsible, professional, and caring. Rco pet care review

We have two dogs and a cat that we love very much and when we are away, we want them to have the best care. For several years, we went through numerous pet caregivers and found that most were unreliable and many times we were unsure how our pets were doing. We then found Rco Pet Care in July 2023 and we have been so happy with the service that is provided. The people on the team are amazing as are the updates they give at each visit including great photos . They care deeply about the pets and give very detailed information about what is going on with the pets at each visit. The app they use is easy to navigate and scheduling is simple. We highly recommend them.

I am so glad I found RCO Pet care to take care of my 5 cats when I go away. It can be really anxiety prpvoking teusting someone to watch your pets, but i fully trust RCO. My cats absolutely love Nadine and I really appreciate how she not only comes to our home to feed and clean litter boxes, but she also spends quality time with them as well! Most pet sitters i feel are "in and out" but Nadine really cherishes the time with my boys as if they were her own! I am so grateful for all of the extra care that is done while im away too. Taking out trash, bringing in mail, emptying litter genies, even moving my out door plants from windstorms. I have never had a pet sitter so considerate and thoughtful. I won't use anyone else, 10/10 care.

Kenzie and RCO Pet Care do a wonderful job taking care of my two dogs (and previously a cat) when I’m out of town. It’s such a great feeling knowing I can relax when I’m away because they’re in such great hands! I have two boxer /pitbulls who are very friendly and gentle but also strong so I am grateful to have help from people who know how to handle them. Pictures and text updates during every visit brings great peace of mind.

We had an awesome experience working with RCO and our sitter, Nadine, this past week. We rescued our dog Cleo, about 3 months ago, and she really struggles with meeting new people. She is pretty afraid. We had a day trip scheduled this past weekend, where we needed a pet sitter to come let Cleo out several times, and we are so grateful for Nadine’s help. She was calm and patient, and knew exactly what to do to help our dog feel comfortable. We had three pre-trip visits to help Cleo warm up to Nadine, and each time she was getting more and more comfortable. By the time the day of our trip came, Cleo was able to let Nadine take her for a walk, and was even rolling over for belly rubs and giving her kisses by the end of the day. It was emotional for me to see my dog so happy being alone with someone who wasn’t myself or my husband. She is not an easy dog, as she is still working through the stress of adjusting to her new home and possibly some past trauma, but I can’t tell you how relieved we are to know that we have someone we can trust to help with Cleo’s care, who is a patient, knowledgeable and skilled in working with dogs with complicated issues. She went above and beyond, and we hope to work with her again!

RCO has been great our dog walker Mackenzie is very friendly and my dog loves her. He’s unsure of new faces and does not like men. So we were happy to hear it’s female only. Gimli was rolling on his back having a blast within minutes of meeting our walker. She’s been respectful and punctual. We really enjoy the photos they take throughout the walk and the little snippets of when they ate/did their business. Overall I can’t recommend RCO enough. Even if you think your dog is too complicated they have someone for you.
