Choose Your Meet and Greet Experience
After you’ve filled out your account, we’ll work with you to set up your complimentary Meet and Greet. This consultation allows us to meet you and formulate the perfect care plan for your fur babies. For your convenience, we have two different options to schedule your meet and greet – in-person or our new (and very popular!) no-contact, virtual experience.

Introducing Virtual Meet and Greets!
The COVID pandemic has changed the world and how we communicate and do business with other human beings.
We are firm supporters in adapting to our clients’ needs so we were happy to give a virtual format a try – and clients LOVE it!
We have found that the Virtual Meet and Greet format is just as effective (if not even more efficient!) than our traditional, in-person meetings.
The following sections will explain exactly how easy it is to do and what to expect!
How a Virtual Meet and Greet Works
Specify Your Preferences
While creating your account in our Pet Portal, a field will ask you whether you’d prefer a Virtual or In-Person Meet and Greet and what your general availability is like. We will follow up with you to pick an exact time and provide any details you need.
Click a Link
We’ll send you an invitation to our Zoom meeting room via text and email along with quick installation instructions. Grab your smartphone or laptop, click the link and we’re ready to roll!
Your pet care specialist will drop by your home to collect keys and say a quick hello to you and your pet while practicing social distancing. This is quick, easy and safe so you can get back to what you need to do!
What We’ll Cover
We understand that very single pet requires personalized care and each pet parent has different questions. Your Virtual Meet and Greet will be personalized for you to determine how we can provide you with the best customer experience and pet care possible.
