Each visit that RCO makes, they write a report. They let you know what they did during the visit, take photos, make notes of any odd behaviours, and overall just let you know how things are going. We had them come out twice a day for feeding and cleaning litter boxes while we were away for a week, and let me tell you - those reports are AMAZING.
