I filled out an easy to use form so that the pet sitters knew exactly which animals needed which medications and when, but Jess made sure to follow up on my directions. They use a wonderful app that texts and emails an update after every visit to include which animals when to the bathroom, which were fed, which got meds and any other updates or notes. And they brought in my mail, too!

Each visit that RCO makes, they write a report. They let you know what they did during the visit, take photos, make notes of any odd behaviours, and overall just let you know how things are going. We had them come out twice a day for feeding and cleaning litter boxes while we were away for a week, and let me tell you – those reports are AMAZING.

Jessica has cared for our high energy, jumpy, sensitive skin, bundle of joy with professionalism and tender loving care in our own home for the past 2 years! She has a true connection with animals. We enjoy our trips knowing that Buttercup is on her own “stay vacation” while receiving any needed rash cream or medications. She hires staff just like herself!
