Jessica Barry

Jessica graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science from UConn in 2015. She is the proud mom of a pack of four dogs and a horse. She has experience with all types of animals including pets, farm animals and has even worked in a zoo! Jess is also a long distance runner, loves the outdoors and is a Disney fanatic. Jessica  is pet CPR FIrst Aid and CPR certified, runs RCO's office and works in the Waterbury and Watertown areas to ensure your pets receive love and care when you’re away!

Mackenzie A.

Mackenzie is a huge animal lover - her favorite animals are dogs and bunnies! She has 2 dogs. She’s had a boxer since 2015 and a Beagle/Cocker Spaniel mix her and her family adopted on New Years (2019)! She has experience in walking dogs, dog sitting and boarding dogs for family and friends. There’s no doubt she’ll give the love and attention your animals deserve! 


Mackenzie works in the Naugatuck/Waterbury area and can’t wait to meet you and your animals!

Cassie G.

Cassie has had pets of all sorts her entire life, which lead her to work at a Kennel in 2016. There she learned all about dog behavior, medications and how to identify illnesses and injuries, as well as caring for special needs animals. She had the opportunity to work with “out-of-the-norm” pets, such as pigs, sugar gliders, etc. Cassie loves to spend time outdoors, listen to music, go to the gym and of course spend time with animals! 


Working in Watertown, Thomaston and Torrington, Cassie is thrilled to be able to help your pets get out some energy, spend time with a friend and make sure all their needs are taken care of!

Joe B.

Joe is Jessica's better half and has been with RCO since before day one! A process engineer with a love for animals, Joe is RCO's "swing" sitter, ready to step in and help whenever he is needed. 


Joe is also the Jess' official marketing material proofreader, her number one cheerleader and has a great mind for business.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing the guitar, listening to country music and driving his Corvette.

Rachael T.

 Rachael is currently a UConn student studying Speech/Language/Hearing Sciences and American Sign Language. She loves spending time with her dog, Elvis, and will make sure your pets get as much love as he does! During her free time she loves volunteering and bringing Elvis for rides around town.

 

Rachael provides daily walks and pet sitting in the Oxford and Seymour area from June to August!

Nicole L.

 Nicole has been petsitting for over 15 years! She is certified in pet first aid and as a dog obedience trainer. Nicole has worked in the veterinary field for many years and has experience with everything from dogs and cats, to horses and farm animals. 


Nicole currently lives in Woodbury with her husband and cattle dog Roo. She provides your pets in the Woodbury and Southbury areas with lots of love!

Mary C.

 Mary is a long time dog/cat owner has lived in Southbury for over 30 years adopting rescue animals with her children, Hunter and Nicole. Mary works for Spectrum Business National accounts and has worked for Spectrum for over 11 years.  She now resides in Woodbury with her son, 2 rescue senior pups, 3 cats and 2 turtles.


Mary is Reiki certified,  loves all animals and can not wait to pet sit yours!

Julie Ann R.

Julie Ann loves all animals, large and small! She grew up on a small farm in Newtown, CT. She has been blessed to have had the opportunity to love and care horses, dogs, hybrids, cats, birds, chickens, ducks and iguanas! She also has experience walking and sitting for family and friends’ pets. She currently lives in Oxford on her own family farm, where she enjoys spending time and having fun with her kids, horses, rescue pups and cats.


Julie Ann provides love and care for your pets in the Oxford, Middlebury, Beacon Falls, Naugatuck and Seymour areas. She can't wait to meet you and your pets!

Lisa C.

Lisa is a long time resident of Southbury and the mother of three boys and 2 rescue cats, Olive and Katniss. She graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in business administration/marketing. Lisa is an active member of the Southbury Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary (SVFA). 


Lisa has a love all animals and will spoil your pets too! Lisa provides pet sitting and occasional daily walks in Waterbyury and parts of Middlebury.

Rocco

Rocco is a professional treat tester, ruiner of grass, welcoming committee leader and a certified good boy. His hobbies include laying out in the sun, trying to convince strangers he's never eaten a day in his life and howling when you ask him "Rocco, where are you?"


Rocco is the model for the canine in our logo, Jess's confidant, as well as the team's biggest cheer leader and the poster rescue pup.
